Father God, I lift this fine person before you who has chosen to serve in the public arena called politics.. I ask for a special set of blessings upon him throughout his service to the people of city, state, and nation. Gift him a special understanding of the intent and purpose of all brought before him as information and for action. Grant him the wisdom of the men of Issachar who had understanding of the times, and knew what their nation ought to do. Give unto him, his loved ones, staff, and constituents safety, health, and prosperity. Protect him and his reputation as you guide him through the many opinions presented, that he have the wisdom of Solomon to judge the truth of maters presented and act according to its honesty and value. In Jesus name I pray, Amen, Amen.

Father, I bring Representative Aguilar before Your throne of grace, and I ask that You would bless him and watch over him and his family. May he be a strong defender of our Constitution and an ally to Israel. Open his eyes to see and his heart to protect the sanctity of human life. May he continue to support our veterans and encourage and defend our need for national security and safety at the borders. May he walk in integrity and do the right thing, even when his superiors or others do not agree with his understanding of truth. May he always search out the answers and not rely on the judgment or say so of another. Give him wisdom and discernment so that he may stand for righteousness and justice in our nation. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father in Heaven, I pray that Rep. Aguilar will seek your guidance and wisdom in every matter before him. I ask for your protection around him and his family, and blessings because of his sacrifice in serving our country. May he be constantly aware of the long term consequences of his actions for the people he represents. Help him realize the purpose you have planned for his life.

Father, I pray for Representative Aguilar that he might see Jesus in the symbolism of his Catholic faith and recognize his need for a Savior. May he repent of any sin he has committed and trust that Jesus paid the price for that sin which restores him to a relationship with You. May he become a follower of Jesus. Amen.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Pete Aguilar has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Representative Aguilar is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents California and the United States of America. In Jesus name, Amen.

Father, in Jesus name, have Pete know Your goodness in his spirit, soul, and body as he serves the people of California. Let him be lead by Your Spirit of truth and keep him from the deception of this world. Let him know his own inadequacies and seek for Your wisdom to guide the decisions he makes. Give him wise counselors as he makes his decisions. Amen.

I pray you know Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior. Please ask him to lead your life as you vote for our Country. We are in deep moral trouble. Amen
