Father, I pray for DeSaulnier. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he seek you for wisdom and serve in humility. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a desire for a relationship with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. Guide his steps and his decisions so that you may be glorified. Protect him and his family.

I pray that our leaders vote and conduct their business in accordance with God's will and values.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance for our government officials. Although we may not agree on everything that is happening within our government, we ask You to help them with this great responsibility they have. Help us continue praying for them, even when we disagree. As we arise to pray, help us have love in our hearts and not hate. In Jesus' name, amen

Father, I ask Your blessings on Representative DeSaulnier, and I ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Please open his eyes to Your truth, and if He does not know Jesus as Savior and LORD, I pray that You would send laborers into the field of harvest. Give him wisdom to do his job and live his life in an upright and holy way that is well pleasing to You. Guard his heart and mind and keep him safe. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
