Heavenly Father put a hedge of protection over our Christian representatives

Lord, I lift Rhode Island Senator, Jack Reed, before You in prayer. I pray that he would seek divine wisdom with a heart willing to receive and heed that wisdom. I pray that he would seek discernment from You, that he could decipher the righteous, upright and God-blessed direction in issues and situations. Lead him, Lord, and may he be a willing Christ-follower, for we need such persons in positions of leadership in our nation and he needs Your leadership in his life, as does each of us. Thank You, Lord, for hearing this prayer.
