Dear Almighty God. I thank you that You love all Your people and that You give us all hope and a bright future. Today I lift up to You Rep. Veasey. May he know you in a powerful way today and may he lean on Your ways and not the ways of this world. Please provide him with Your Wisdom and Truth so that he may serve his district well. Protect him and his family and provide them with their needs. Help him to do his part to save the unborn. In the name of Jesus! Lord, this man needs you. Let him surrender his life to you. Let the Bible be brought before him. Let him start to read your word, believe your word, and start acting on what your word says. Father save him before it's too late.

Father in heaven, I pray that you will bless Representative Marc Veasey with your goodness and mercy as he serves you and our country. May he seek your wisdom above all in every decision he makes. Surround him with people of truth and integrity, who will assist him with eyes and ears of faith in You and Your ways. Help him to realize the eternal ramifications of each issue before him, making clear to him the importance of America being "one nation under God."

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Representative Mark Veasey. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Representative Veasey. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray Marc Veasey be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Texas and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the House of Representatives.
