Brian Schatz (D)

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Brian Schatz has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Senator Schatz is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents Hawaii and the United States of America. In Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Senator Schatz, Our prayers are with you and your people of Hawaii. When one part of the body is injured it hurts the whole body. In Jesus' name, we thank Him for provision and ask for full restoration of families: nothing missing, nothing broken. Bring healing to those who lost friends, family, neighbors. Bring lovers of Jesus alongside the grieving to hold up and to hear their hearts; to be lifters of their heads. Psalm 3:3-5(NAS)"But You, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory and the One who lifts my head. I was crying to the LORD with my voice, and He answered me from His holy mountain. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustains me. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I pray for Senator Shatz of Hawaii. Help him to be strong and courageous at this time of terrible disaster and sadness. Let him seek to discover the causes of this disaster, and stand to fix what he can, and change the things that may have caused the fire. I pray for healing for Hawaii in this time of great loss of life. I pray for salvation, for those who do not know Jesus, including senator Shstz, if he is an unbeliever. Send them comfort Lord I ask in Jesus name amen.

Dear Lord Christ, I ask first of all, and give thanks to You, for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of You, God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. I ask You to touch each one with Your Healing Hand.

Father, we lift up every elected official in this country. We pray that You would give them strength and wisdom as they guide our country.

I pray for Senator Brian Schatz - that divine wisdom and grace would be given unto him. I pray that he would be surrounded by godly men and women who will provide godly counsel. If he does not know you, I pray he would come to know you and have a personal relationship with you. Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower him with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to him by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In Jesus name, Amen.
