Heavenly Father, On behalf of Paul Ruiz I come before You today, grateful that You have called him into public service and entrusted him with this position of authority. I pray You would draw his heart to You, open his eyes to the truth of Your Word, and make him aware of his need for You. Fill his heart with wisdom as he seeks to serve You, and give him the courage to stand against evil and the knowledge to understand what it is. Protect him and his family from those who seek to destroy them, and direct his heart as You've promised in Prov 21:1.
