Father God let Andy Barr be drawn into Your secret place in Psalm 91 where You reveal Your plans and Andy hears You clearly! Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Heavenly Father, thank you for the privilege of praying for Representative Andy Barr. Thank you for giving Mr. Barr the heart, the time and the energy required to serve the people of Kentucky. It is for Your glory and honor that we lift Mr. Barr in prayer and ask that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians who continually speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We thank you, Heavenly Father, for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heaven realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "demolish(ing) arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God (Corinthians 10:5). Continue to bless Representative Barr with open eyes and ears and a soft heart that will receives Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and will in all areas of his life. Please continue to send Mr. Barr godly counsel and God-fearing advisors. We thank you that he sees himself as You see him and is convicted that You have created him for Your purpose with Your plan for his life at such a time as this. In Jesus name, Amen!

Pray with me: Father, thank You for pursuing us with Your unconditional love. Thank You for understanding us when we're hurting and, yes, when we're running from You. And thank You for being willing to visit us in our pigpens. Like the father of the prodigal in Scripture who hugged his son while he was still dressed in slop-covered clothes, You embrace us first, then clean us up. We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Representative Andy Barr. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Representative Barr. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Representative Barr be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Kentucky and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the House of Representatives. Father, Thank You for Representative Barr's courageous stand for religious freedom, the integrity of the family, and for the sanctity of human life. Continue to guide him by Your righteous right hand and keep him safe in the shadow of Your wings. Give him wisdom and discernment as he continues to work for the safety of our borders and with those who seek to immigrate legally to our nation. Thank You for his compassion and desire to work for others who seek refuge and a new life here in our country. As he works to restore balance in our economy and in the government, grant him direction and godly counsel. May he strive to repair the division within Congress and work in unity and harmony with all members. Bless him and his children, dear Father, I pray. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Andy Barr is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (James 1:5) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Barr sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America is discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven. We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen
