Father I pray for Scott Peters. Thank you for his service to you and to our country. May he not serve for money or power but out of love for our country and our Constitution. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and truth. Give him a love for unborn children to see them as fully human, and a desire to protect them and pregnancy resource centers who work to protect babies and their moms. May he seek you for wisdom as he serves. Protect him and his family.

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for Scott Peters to be the man of God you desire him to be. May he vote according to Your ways Lord. May "no weapon formed against him prosper." Isa 54:17. Open his eyes to Your truth. I pray for increased wisdom for this man and his family will know You as Lord as well. Teach him Your ways, may he walk down the road You have prepared for him. Give him courage and boldness in these times. Strengthen his faith in You Lord and deliver him from the plans of the enemy in Jesus name. Amen

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Representative Scott Peters. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Representative Peters. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Scott Peters be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of California and fulfills his duties and responsibilities for America and in the House of Representatives. In Jesus name, Amen

Father, I pray for Representative Scott Peters. Thank you for his service. May he seek your face and your wisdom in decisions he makes. Give him a love of life for the unborn, seeing them as human beings with the right to be protected. Protect him and his family.

I Pray Representative Scott Peters be convicted that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts have good understanding,"(Psalm 111:10). Lord God, I pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (James 1:5) and the desire for honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3). I pray Mr. Peters see our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven. I pray Scott Peters is convicted that he is created in the Your image, God, woven together in the womb of his mother by the hands of God, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16). Heavenly Father, remind him that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27). In Jesus name, Amen

Daniel 2: 20-21(NAS )"Daniel said, 'Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding.' " May you be strengthened daily by God's joy. May you experience His Sabbath rest as needed, and may you hear His voice clearly as He gives you the wisdom needed to serve your constituents, in Jesus' name, amen. Nehemiah 8: 10
