Donald Wong (R)

Father, I lift up Representative Donald Wong. Thank you for his service to our country. May he seek your wisdom and a close walk with Jesus, knowing that Jesus is the only way to salvation. Protect him and his family.

I pray, in the name of Jesus, for Senator Donald Wong. Dear Heavenly Father, please surround him by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. I pray in agreement with prayer warriors for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Wong to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his heart. We pray that Donald Wong is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen

Father God you are Almighty all-powerful there is one nation under you Lord one nation under God please open up the eyes and ears of these people running this country amok show your Almighty all powerful strength Lord we know who is moving in mysterious ways and making things right from things being totally wrong for too long I lift up these political people to do what is right like Queen Elizabeth she was a public servant Lord and she showed the world what they are supposed to be doing as leaders not followers thank you for Queen Elizabeth putting God first then people then herself as a public servant should do in Jesus name I

Father God, author of truth and righteousness, we ask this day that Your hand be heavy and mighty upon Representative Donald Wong. We ask that he would hear the guidance of the Holy Spirit and respond in accord to it. We pray that Mr. Wong would seek You in all his ways and receive all the strength, courage and wisdom he needs to stand upon Your Truth. We pray that Your purposes for his arena of authority and responsibility would find in Donald Wong a faithful conduit. Guide and protect his office, staff, advisers and family. In Jesus' Name we pray. Amen

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Rep. Wong know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know it is You alone who is sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) I pray that you would open Rep. Wong's heart to hear and respond to the Gospel Message if he does not know you. I pray the prayer of King Solomon in I Kings on our leader. "Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that he may discern between good and evil." Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower Rep. Wong with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to Rep. Wong by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In the Name above all names Jesus our Messiah. Amen.
