Lord thank you for letting this man serve in our senate. Continue to give him boldness in supporting the unborn. Place a heavy burden on his heart to press harder on the sanctity of life. Open his eyes to China buying our land and let him push back hard on the communist agenda encroaching our nation. Pour your wisdom on John.

Father in heaven, I pray that Senator John Hoeven will seek your wisdom in every issue before him. I pray that his eyes and ears are open to the leading of your Spirit as he makes decisions, being aware of the long term ramifications attached to each one. May he become known as a man of truth and integrity, serving God as he serves our nation. May your blessings of goodness and mercy follow him and his family.

I pray, in the name of Jesus, over Senator John Hoeven: that he is convicted to accept Your Word, God, as his standard, to store up Your commands within him, to turn his ear to wisdom and apply his heart to understanding. I pray he is convicted to call out for insight, cry aloud for understanding, to apply the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God (Proverbs 2: 1-19). "Thus (he) will (be prepared to) walk in the ways of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the land and the unfaithful will be torn from it" (Proverbs 2: 21-22).
