Heavenly Father, you are the creator of all things, seen and unseen. The beauty and order of your creation are enough to prove your existence. However, in our current society, many have abandoned you. They have traded your truth for lies. What is good in your sight is now considered evil, and what you have called evil is now considered good. Therefore, please forgive us Lord for rejecting the truth of your Word. Spare us from your wrath and lead us back to a deeper relationship with you. I pray that your Holy Spirit would be strongly at work in the hearts and minds of those such as Senator Stabenow who serve in our system of government. May your thoughts be their thoughts, and may their actions be guided by your mighty hand. May we humble ourselves and pray, so that you will bring healing to our land. God, may you receive the honor, glory and praise that you deserve. Thank you for sending your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us so that we may have everlasting life someday with you. In His precious name we pray all of these things. Amen.

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Senator Debbie Stabenow. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Senator Stabenow. Enable her to see herself as You see her (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble herself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of her sins, transgression and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone she has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11;25). If she does not know You as her savior, we pray she would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Debbie Stabenow be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as she serves the people of Michigan and fulfills her duties and responsibilities in the Senate. Heavenly Father, we Pray Senator Debbie Stabenow is convicted that she is created in the Your image; woven together in the womb of her mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at a time such as this time (Esther). Lord God, we pray she be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2)) and to demand of herself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray she is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action she takes against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Senator Stabenow sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May she be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev.14:6). We pray that she is convicted that she must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God"(Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Father, we pray that Your mercy, grace, goodness and saving power would be acknowledged, witnessed and sought by Senator Debbie Stabenow. You love her with a perfect and everlasting love. May this truth ring loud and clear in her heart and mind, so much so that she is drawn to and clings to You and Your Truth that is as everlasting as Your love. Lord, guide Ms. Stabenow's steps and guard her heart. We humbly ask that You would provide true wisdom and discernment and prompt her to receive it and act upon it. May Senator Stabenow come to full understanding that You are the ultimate protector, provider and authority and gauge her thoughts, plans and actions accordingly. Lord Jesus, Heavenly Father, I lift up Sen Stabenow to you and ask that you bless her for the sacrifice she makes in serving the citizens of Michigan and the nation as a whole. Open her heart to hear and respond to the Gospel message if she does not know you. Protect her, her family and her staff from physical and spiritual harm. Remind her daily of the oath she swore to uphold when she was sworn into her office. Grant her wisdom and discernment regarding the constitution of the United States of America that each decision she is tasked to make would align with your heart and glorify your Son. I ask these things in Jesus holy name and for the glory of Jesus may it be so.
