Lord God, You alone know the real heart and mind of Sen. Mitch McConnell and his real motives and reasoning for how he conducts himself and the choices he makes in his Congressional voting, actions and statements. I pray O God that he knows You (I believe that he thinks he does, but he sometimes seem to make controversial statements and take questionable actions), that he will seek Your wisdom and guidance; I pray he seeks truth and strength from a relationship with you. May Your Spirit be working in and around his life, his circumstances and his choices and decisions; create conviction and steps to repentance where they are needed that he might make good choices for his constituents, his state and for America. Keep him strong and provide support, advice, understanding and knowledge, even conviction to stand for strong principles and values for America or remove him from Office, for the good of the nation. I thank you Lord, that he is stepping down from Leadership, because it seems he has lost some of his cognition and some of his physical stamina. Lord, we thank you that you love America and your people and I pray, Father, for much repentance and much humility to/for the working and leading of Your spirit and in recognition of who You are, of Your Plan for life, your offer of atonement for our sins and hope for life here on earth and beyond to being with You in heaven: I pray this for our "leaders" and for our nation. Repair our nation and our land; forgive US in America; keep us standing with Israel. May your Spirit sweep this nation and may you provide hedges against the powers of satan and his demons. Thank you, O, Lord, for hearing our pleas and we pray in /by the Name of Jesus and the power of His Holy Spirit.

Father, I lift up Senator Mitch McConnell. Thank you for his service for our country. May he seek you for your wisdom in serving our country. May he not serve for money or power or fame, but for your glory. May he love our Constitution and remember his oath to defend it as he serves you in our country. May he hunger and thirst for your righteousness and true life which only comes through Jesus Christ. Protect him and his family.

Lord Jesus, I lift up Mitch McConnell to you. Please give him guidance and wisdom and allow him to finish strong as he concludes his term as the Senate Minority leader. Thank you, Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we Pray Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. McConnell sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Father, by your wonder and might bring this most special man safely through these difficult times. Health, wellness, safety, and security cover him, his loved ones, staff, and advisors all their days. Bring your understanding upon Him that as did the men of Issachar hebknows what this nation ought to do. Amen
