Father, I pray for John Thune. Thank you for his service to our country. May he seek you for wisdom. May he not serve for money or power, but out of love for our Constitution and our country. Guide him as majority leader in the Senate and may he value truth and freedom. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a life with you through Jesus Christ. Protect him and his family.

Father, I pray for wisdom for Senator Thune as he heads up the Senate. In particular, I pray for the review of Biden administration regulations under the Congressional Review Act. May onerous regulations that are strangling our economy be repealed. May Senator Thune have a solid relationship with Jesus as his Savior.

Father, I pray that Your Word would be a lamp to Senator Thune's feet and a light to his path. May he seek You for wisdom first. (Psalm 119:105).
