Father God Almighty, I pray for this public servant in accordance with your holy word that ��The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling in you.( Eph 1:18 )... And that your wisdom be as the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what their nation ought to do; (1Ch 12:32). For these are troubling and confusing times for our nation and this fine servant of the people deserves our prayers that the very best decisions be clear, that confusion be driven away. Let her hearing discern rightly if the truth or vanity is in the presentations before him. That she have confidence in the right decisions in all things brought before her. Lord Jesus in your mighty name we pray for the health, safety, and prosperity of your servant, her family and loved ones, her staff, and those she represents. Amen, Amen.

Father, I ask Your blessings over Representative Gillen and her family. She has a history of serving others, pro-bono support in the area of domestic violence and her work with AIDs patients through a program established by Mother Teresa. She has a heart of compassion, and she is eager to step up and assist the people in her State in tangible ways. Encourage her and give her strength as she supports others, and as she works with her fellow representative in the House. May she embrace unity and encourage others to ask questions and work differences out in a righteous way that brings honor to You first, Lord, but that others would see the calm, the respect, and the willingness to agree to disagree when necessary, and do the right thing. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, I pray for Laura Gillen. Thank you for her service to our country. May she seek you for wisdom and truth. May she not serve for money or power but out of love for our country and our Constitution. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness and life with you through Jesus Christ, Creator, Redeemer. Protect her and her family.
