Father God Almighty, I pray for this public servant in accordance with your holy word that ��The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling in you.( Eph 1:18 )... And that your wisdom be as the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what their nation ought to do; (1Ch 12:32). For these are troubling and confusing times for our nation and this fine servant of the people deserves our prayers that the very best decisions be clear, that confusion be driven away. Let his hearing discern rightly if the truth or vanity is in the presentations before him. That he have confidence of the right decision in all things brought before him. Lord Jesus in your mighty name we pray for the health, safety, and prosperity of your servant, his family and loved ones, his staff, and those he represents. Prosper his constituents that they may contribute to the general welfare of his state and our nation, In Jesus name. Amen, and Amen

Father, thank You for Senator Ricketts's life and service to the people of Nebraska and the United States. He has a long record of serving the nation well, and self-guarding the security of homes and families and of the nation as a whole. Continue to give him wisdom to make the right decisions regarding legislation, decisions that are well-pleasing to You. May he be a strong support to the President and his staff, and to his fellow Americans. May he encourage walking in unity and revitalizing the way Congress works across bipartisan lines. Open his eyes to see the needs of others, so that in everything he does he puts You first and others next. I ask Your blessings on him and his family in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

We ask Jesus of Nazareth to meet Pete in his quiet times and reveal Yourself and Your heart . Compelling Pete Ricketts to know Jesus and do what he sees his father doing. This we ask in Jesus' name
