Father God I give thanks to you for advancing this fine lady into leadership in her state and this nation. I thank you for blessing her with the understanding of the men of Issachar, understanding of the times and knowledge of what the nation ought to do. Bless her, her loved ones, staff and people of her district with health safety and blessings in abundance so that they may be a blessing to others who are in need and the nation. Amen in Jesus name Amen.

Dearest Lord, please bless and keep Secretary of State Jane Nelson in her work with the State. May she stand for godliness and righteous laws. I pray that she knows You, Lord, and the hope to which You have called her. Open her eyes to truth and may she walk in integrity. Lord God, Creator of all there is and Redeemer of all who truly seek You, I intercede for Texas Secretary of State, Jane Nelson. May she pursue truth and righteousness in all her ways. May she acknowledge & trust You in all her ways. May she follow Your leading in her personal and professional life, allowing You to bless her and her state and this nation. Thank You, Father God, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Holy Spirit.

Father, I lift up Secretary Jane Nelson, and I ask you to surround her with your loving arms. Strengthen her as she goes about the vastness of her job. She is the strength behind the leaders, a leader in her own right. Give her courage as she works through the days ahead in light of this flood and the suffering of the people of her beloved State of Texas. Give her the words to comfort, be a support, and provide resources needed, but Lord, also, watch over her and give her Your love and guidance and encourage her in Your strength.
