Father God, Almighty creative wonder of truth and light. I lift my prayer before you in the late night hours of darkness for this man who stands up to represent his people. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar, that had understanding of the times, and new what their nation ougth to do. I pray Paul's prayer for the Ephesians over him. Ephesians 1:18 that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling you into office. Protect, bless, and prosper this one who weathers the storms of politics to represent his people. Health, wellness, safety, and prosperity be unto him, his loved ones, his staff, and those fine people he represents. Amen and Amen.

Father, in the Name of Jesus I come to You asking your blessings over Representative Moylan and his family. His biography shares that loves his daughters, and this touches my heart, as I know it does yours. Lord, because he cares for the welfare of his own children, give him the wisdom to ensure the proper education is provided for the children in schools, and that their personal safety is safe-guarded with moral government. As a veteran he understands and cares for the needs of the veterans and the active military. Use him as an encouragement and as a liaison to ensure veterans are given the health care and others supports as needed. Bless them all for their selfless service to our nation. Encourage this and strengthen in the power of Your might. May he seeks and find You and trust You with all His heart. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Lord, through Jim Moylan I ask may he be the godly leader You have chosen. May his heart yield to You, and through him grant us righteous victory where You alone are glorified. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Father God Almighty, give ear to the prayers of your people for this one in political office. Protct and defend his health, safety, and may he live a long and fruitful life. Bless him as the men of Issachar who had understanding of the times, and knew what their nation ought to do. Give him a true and accurate understanding of all matters before him. May he serve with honor and renown for his wisdom and judgement in matters great and small. In Jesus name, Amen

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Rep. Moylan know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know it is You alone who is sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) I pray that you would open his heart to hear and respond to the Gospel Message if he does not know you. I pray the prayer of King Solomon in I Kings on our leader. "Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that he may discern between good and evil." Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower him with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to him by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight, and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In the Name above all names Jesus our Messiah. Amen.

Our Heavenly Father, we come before You, on behalf of Guam's Delegate to Washington, Congressman Jim Moylan, for Your anointing upon his life, his family, and his service in the U.S. House of Representatives for the people of the U.S. Territory of Guam. In II Thessalonians 3:5 "And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ." We ask that Your Holy Spirit descend upon his life in a greater way than before; increase his awareness of the serious needs, problems and concerns facing our Island residents in these times of spiritual darkness; and give him wisdom, guidance and a greater burden for the strengthening of the family as the basic unit of society and Your call for him to stand for the sanctity of Life like never before. We ask all these in the Name that is above all names, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Amen!
