Charles (Chuck) Edwards (R)

Praying

Holy Father, please direct Representative Edwards' steps, his decision-making capabilities, and keep him from making decisions based on the thoughts and opinions of others. Open his eyes to truth, and may he seek to know the answers without going along with the popular consent. May he stand with Israel and with the Iranian people who seek freedom, as does Israel, from terrorism. May he work with our President and the administration in finding correct solutions to the problems, but open their eyes to see truth and not fall into the deceitful compromise of the evil regime standing in the way of peace for all nations. May he walk in integrity and with honor and justice in all his ways, and safeguard our Constitution. May he know You, dear Father, and the hope to which You have called him. Bless him as he seeks to serve You and bring glory to Your name by honoring Your truths, Your laws on which our country was established. Father we cry out to You for help to turn our country back to You. Forgive us, Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father God, thank You for hearing our prayers. Today I pray for Representative Edwards. Father, I pray he knows You, and has committed his life to You. Father, I pray for wisdom, integrity and protection over Mr Edwards. I pray he is honorable to You and to those citizens he represents. Lead him in Your way. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Representative Chuck Edwards. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into his heart/spirit. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray he would have a saving encounter with You (Ephesians 1: 17-23). We pray that Chuck Edwards be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of North Carolina and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the House of Representatives. In Jesus name, Amen

Almighty Father grant Chuck wisdom to discern your truth and courage to obey. In Jesus's name Amen

Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Chuck Edwards is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Edwards sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen
