Lord God, the intercessors of our nation raise the health, safety, and needs of this public servant before you in prayer. Grant unto him the wisdom as Soloman had in political and personal things. We pray that the eyes of his understanding be enlightened that he know the hope of your calling. May he be as the men of Issacar that had understanding of the times and knew what their nation ought to do. Give true insight into the future effects of every issue brought before him. Light his pathway in truth and provide him a just balance of the truth in all things represented to him. Guard and protect him, those he loves and this he serves. Amen and Amen.

Father, please bless Representative D'Esposito who has served the nation prior to his election to Congress as a member of law enforcement. This is daunting career, one which requires savvy and courage. This is he brings to Congress. Please guide him as he works to call our government to accountability with regard to budgetary matters, guarding our borders, safeguarding our Constitution, defending the rights of the unborn, protecting our children and supporting parents as guardians of their children's welfare. Likewise, give him clarity of purpose and boldness to speak out for truth, especially when others oppose a righteous stand. I pray that Your word, Lord, would be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path. May he watch over our veterans and help to support and build up our military so that they have what is needed to serve and protect our nation against domestic and foreign dangers. Give him a heart of compassion, and an understanding heart, but may he always speak the truth and walk in integrity. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

May he know you in a powerful way today and may he lean on Your ways and not the ways of this world. Please provide him with Your Wisdom and Truth so that he may serve his district well. Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Anthony D'Esposito has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Representative D'Esposito is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents New York State. Lord I pray for Rep D'Esposito as he goes to battle for New York. Lead, direct, and guide his footsteps and decisions for the people and provide him with the fortitude to "not give up the battle".

Father, it is such a blessing to read how Representative D'Esposito stands beside and in support of Israel, Your land and Your chosen people, at this prophetic time. May he be bold and courageous, as You commanded Joshua of Nun to be when he assumed leadership of the people of Israel after Moses' death. Bless him as he seeks to protect our nation from harm, be it in Congress as he works to restore our nation, on the streets as a former policeman, or at the border as he works with his colleagues to restore order and protect our national security. Give him Your heart of mercy and grace to help restore the immigrants who are innocently seeking shelter in the time of storm. May he assist them in preserving their lives, their dignity, and to assist them in making a legal transition as part of our nation, if this is truly their desire. Give him Your wisdom and discernment to stop the drugs, illegal arms, terrorists, and traffickers from entering our nation. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christian disciples who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5).
