Father God, Almighty creative wonder of truth and light. I lift my prayer before you in the late night hours of darkness for this man who stands up to represent his people. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar, that had understanding of the times, and new what their nation ougth to do. I pray Pauls prayer for the Ephesians over him. Ephesians 1:18 that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling you into office. Protect, bless, and prosper this one who weathers the storms of politics to represent his people. Health, wellness, safety, and prosperity be unto him, his loved ones, his staff, and those fine people he represents. Amen and Amen.

Father, I ask Your blessings on Senator Hickenlooper and his family that they will be healthy and safe. Give him wisdom to understand the hope to which You have called him and may he walk in the light of Your word. May he be a strong defender of Israel and defend our Constitution. Continue to guide his steps as he works to ensure that we have a strong military capable of defending our nation. Thank you for his desire to support our veterans and the active military in ensuring they have their needs and those of their families met. Encourage our military and especially our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. Guide Senator Hickenlooper as he co-labors with other Senators to make decisions that effect this nation and his state of Colorado. May he walk in integrity and make just decisions, not based on what he is told or on the opinion of another, but by fact checking to ensure the truth. Direct his path, dear Father, I pray in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, I pray for John Hickenlooper. Thank you for his service to you and to our country. May he seek you for wisdom and serve you in honesty and humility. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a spirit of repentance for sin in his life. May he desire to walk with you through Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Protect him and his family.

Heavenly Father, I lift up Senator Hickenlooper before you, asking for your blessings on him and his family. I ask that your Spirit would be at work in his life, guiding him with your wisdom and truth. Please grant him clarity and good judgement as he considers issues before him, that he would be a benefit to the people of Colorado and our nation. I ask that you would surround him with knowledgeable and wise people who will give him excellent counsel that will result in his continued growth in character and integrity.
