Father, I pray for Darrell Issa. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he seek you for wisdom and have a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Give him repentance for sin and a desire to walk with you through Jesus Christ. May he not serve for money or power but as serving the King of kings and Lord of lords. Protect him and his family.

Father God, I pray Your presence be with Darrell. Pour out wisdom and understanding council and might, knowledge and fear of the Lord. Bless him Lord with eyes to see as You see as You see , and ears to Your voice above all others, and a heart that loves and understands as You do. In Jesus name.

Lord God, Father, Creator, we lift up Representative Darrell Issa for Your working in his live, his circumstances and esp. in his heart and mind. I pray that Jesus, our advocate and His Holy Spirit, our counselor and guide will take our thoughts, our mumblings, our prayers and wishes for him and lift them unto You for working, guiding, leading. I do hope and pray that he is a man of faith and seeks after your will, your wisdom and guidance as he makes choices, decisions, promises and statements, that he is informed and knowledgeable about the constitutional and "will of the people" duties and responsibility. I thank you for and pray that he will continue his strong stance for conservatism for his state of CA and for America. I pray that the Love of Jesus and the power of the Spirit will be working in and around him for his best decisions and actions for his constituents, the people and the nation and to create honor and glory unto you. I pray for his health and for your protection over him and his family. Lord. We thank you and praise you for hearing our pleas, our petitions; Let Your Spirit flow into and among your people and the Nation and may your Will be done. Bless, guide and touch the person and the life of Representative Darrell Issa. Oh Lord, set winds and walls of Your Spirit against the many powers and the voices of evil and destruction taking place right now throughout world. As David prayed, because your power is greater, almighty and all powerful, let their words and actions of evil and hate be formed and turned against those who are committing them. We pray in the name and the power of Jesus, the Son and the Christ.

Dear Holy and all Powerful God. Thank you for loving all people including of course Rep Issa. May he know you in a powerful way today! Provide him his needs and protect him and his family. Provide him Your wisdom and Truth so he can serve his district well. Help him to do his part in protecting the unborn and their mothers. Amen

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Rep. Issa know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know that You alone are sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) I pray that you would open his heart to hear and respond to the Gospel Message if he does not know you. I pray the prayer of King Solomon in I Kings on our leader. "Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that he may discern between good and evil." Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower him with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to him by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight, and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Please help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In the Name above all names Jesus our Messiah. Amen.
