Candace Newell (D)

Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. I pray, in the name of Jesus, for Representative Candace Newell. Dear Heavenly Father, please surround her by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into her life. I pray in agreement with prayer warriors for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Representative Newell to receive revelation of Your truth and values into her heart. We pray that Candace Newell is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.

Father, please speak to Candace's heart and lead her along the narrow path. Help her to see that Your way is the harder way, but the right way. If she does not know Jesus Christ as her Savior, we pray for a deep conviction of sin. May she repent of all sin and be born again. For Your glory and the furtherance of Your kingdom.
