Father, I pray for Scott DeLano. Thank you for his service to you and Mississippi. May he seek you for wisdom and serve you with honesty and humility and love for our nation; give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness that he might walk with you through Jesus Christ. May he see your glory in all he looks at and acknowledge you as Creator, Sovereign, God of love, mercy, righteousness, holiness. Protect him and his family.

Lord, I lift Mississippi State Senator, Scott DeLano before You. I pray for his heart, mind and soul to be focused on You and his ears attentive to You. I pray that he will be an absolute truth seeker and in his search find that absolute, unchanging truth is found in You. May he fulfill the duties of his office with integrity and may righteousness find a champion in Scott DeLano. Lord God, please guide and protect him, his family and his staff. This I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen
