Sarita Austin (D)

Father, I pray for Sarita Austin. Thank you for her service to our country. May she not serve for money or power but out of love for our country and our Constitution. May she humble himself and seek you for wisdom. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness and truth. May she see the humanity of unborn children and desire to see them live and thrive. Protect her and her family.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative Sarita Austin. We lift her up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that she be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians disciples who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into her life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Representative Austin to receive revelation of Your truth and values into her spirit. We pray that Sarita Austin is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray she be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, I lift of Sarita Austin to You. I pray that her eyes would be open to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and that she would receive You, know You, love You, and serve You all the days of her life. Lead, guide, and protect her, I pray. Help her to discern between the evil ways of man, and the goodness of Your law, and to choose good in all matters pertaining to legislation and resolutions regarding Vermont. I pray all this in the name of Jesus, amen.
