Father, I pray for Senator Scott to become familiar with Your word following the advice given by the Apostle Paul to Timothy: "Think over what I say for the Lord will give you understanding in everything" (2 Timothy 2:7). Please provide the understanding that Senator Scott needs to best serve the interests of the United States. Amen.

Father, I pray for Rick Scott. Thank you for his service to our country. May he seek you for wisdom and walk in integrity. May he not serve for money or power, but out of a love for our country, our freedoms, and our Constitution. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a desire to walk with you through Jesus Christ, Redeemer and Creator. Protect him and his family.

Lord, I agree with Your great heart of love for Rick Scott. In the name of Jesus, I cancel the plans of the enemy against Senator Scott. I release to him a fresh new revelation of Your great love for him. Grant him the wisdom of humility to recognize his need of you and agree with You concerning his sins against You and our nation.
