Joe Neguse (D)

Father, I pray for Representative Joe Neguse. Thank you for his service to you and to our country. May he not serve for money or power but as serving you. May he seek you for wisdom so that he will make wise decisions. May he stand for biblical values and work to see them implemented. May he walk in you as he follows Jesus Christ, Savior and Creator.

Father, I pray for Congressman Joe Neguse. I pray that he would know you and love you with all his heart, soul mind and strength. I pray that he would humble himself and diligently pursue righteousness and justice for all people in this nation, especially those who are oppressed. May he trust you in and not lean on his own understanding. Give him your wisdom and understanding, as he seeks to enact laws for the good of our nation. Show him any area where he needs a new perspective. May he have relationships with other Representatives across the aisle that will promote unity and understanding. May his words and actions be for your glory. In Jesus name, amen

I pray, in the name of Jesus, over Representative Joe Neguse: that he is convicted to accept Your Word, God, as his standard, to store up Your commands within him, to turn his ear to wisdom and apply his heart to understanding. I pray he is convicted to call out for insight, cry aloud for understanding, to apply the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God (Proverbs 2: 1-19). "Thus (he) will (be prepared to) walk in the ways of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the land and the unfaithful will be torn from it" (Proverbs 2: 21-22). Praying for you Joe to stand firmly rooted in the power of the Holy Spirit to fight against the evil that surrounds our leadership in our country. Stand tall in the Armor of God!

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the opportunity and privilege of adding my voice to the spirit filled prayers that are being lifted by Your prayer warriors on behalf of Joe Neguse. We pray that he cries out to You for mercy and salvation. Only You, Heavenly Father, knows where his heart stands. If Representative Neguse refuses to be saved and to honor You and walk in righteousness and justice, we pray that his days in office will be few (Deuteronomy 16:18-20; Proverbs 8:20) and that another, who is a spirit filled believer in Christ be elected to take his place (Psalm 109:8), according to Your will and Your plans for the state of Colorado and for America. Heavenly Father, I concur and agree with these words and prayer of Gary G, I am deeply concerned about the direction that our beloved country is going, and I pray for your working in and around the lives of our Congresspersons and "leaders" of government. Father God, again this is a person I do not know how to pray for; I do not know this man or his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative Steven Horsford to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord, draw him unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. Open his heart, his mind to a real and true relationship with Jesus. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government. May he open his heart and mind to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. Do a work, oh Lord in his life and in the Democratic mindset, ideologies, liberalism and wokeness. Thank you O' God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; do not withdraw it, but sweep the nation with Your Spirit, with repentance and renewal.
