Father, I pray for David Sessions. Thank you for his service to you and to Alabama. May he humbly seek you for wisdom. May he not serve for money or power but because of love for you and our country. May he walk in integrity. Give him repentance for sin in his life. Protect him and his family.

Father, I lift up David to You this evening. Please give him discretion, foresight and understanding in making decisions. Give him the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. Guard him from harm and bless his family.

Father, we pray for truth and justice in America. Even after the Hunter Biden pardon, we pray for truth and justice. Father God in I lift this representative of the people of his district and state before the congress in prayer. Representing the views, values, and protecting their unique abilities to contribute to this great nation. Give unto him a unique understanding in these confusing and dificult times. Make clear the intent within legislation brought before him. Give him perfect values to justly weigh these matters before the congress and the nation. Grant special health, safety, and prosperity to him, his family, and the people he represents before the nation. Preserve that which is special and dear to him. In Jesus name I pray. God be glorified in the name of your son. Amen and Amen.

Holy Father, I lift up Senator Sessions to You and ask for Your mercy and grace to surround him. May he know You and the hope to which he has been called. Sometimes words fail me, Lord, but may the prayers of my heart be as incense before You. Please surround him with Your divine protection and encourage and strengthen him as he serves his State in wisdom and with integrity. May he seek truth in all matters. Guide him according to Your Word. May Your word be a lamp unto his feet and a light unto his path. May he be blessed as a man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly or sits in the seat of the scornful, but may he delight in the law of the Lord and may he mediate upon it day and night. Thank You, Father, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Senator David Sessions. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christian disciples who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, hearing ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Sessions to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his spirit. We pray that David Sessions is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.
