Prayer

Father, Thank You for Representative Morelle's desire to serve our nation, meeting the needs of the people who placed their confidence in him by casting their vote for him. Please direct Him in every decision he makes, and may he walk with integrity. Your word says that a good name is better than great riches and to be held in esteem than silver and gold. Give him understanding and give him courage to choose the right path, the one less taken often times, but open his eyes and his heart and may he put his trust in You. May he be a bold and strong supporter of our Constitution and may be walk in unity with the current administration. Do not allow him to follow those who would attempt to cause division. May he walk uprightly, circumspectly, careful to heed Your wise counsel. Bless him and his family, Lord. In Jesus' Name.

Bring Me A Minstrel!

Father, I pray that You bless Joe Morelle with wisdom and the courage to stand up for what is right. Amen.

Father, I bring Representative Joe Morelle before Your throne of grace, and I ask You to bless him. I know from reading his biography that he desires to work on behalf of the people of New York, but Lord, please may he give heed to the words that he speaks again those You have placed in office. I appreciate his concern for seniors, as I am one; I thank You, Lord, for his desire to support and assist our precious veterans, as I was once a military wife and know the express needs of those who have selflessly served our nation and for the active military. Defending our nation is of prime importance, and I pray that he will walk in unity with the administration to continue bringing safety back to the streets, for all citizens and immigrants as well who seek refuge in our nation. Please give him Your wisdom and discernment with regard to protecting the rights of all. Help him to seek the truth for himself, and not follow the crowd in responding to legislation. Most of our problems come from people not researching matters for themselves. O Lord, please open his eyes to see the truth that will set him free. I give You praise, honor, and glory in Jesus' Name. Amen.
