Jim Hoops (R)

Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for Representative Jim Hoops that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for him and his purpose and mission in Congress. May he open his heart and mind to see Truth and not be prey to the whims and and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. Father God, I pray that he may be a man of faith in you and that you will keep Rep Hoops strong in his guiding principles and stances in Congress and may he seek your guidance, your wisdom and strength and and may he be a strong voice for conservatism and our Constitutional government of freedoms, rights and of Law and Order. Place your hedge of protection over him and his family. Lord God, may it be your will to send the winds of your Holy Spirit over America to bring spiritual awakening and bring a return to our Judea-Christian heritage and Constitutional Republic government. Thank you of God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; do not withdraw it, but sweep the nation with a cleaning spirit.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, We lift up kings and all those in authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life, please guide all of our leaders to do righteous things, holy things, pure and acceptable in Your sight.

Lord, I pray for Jim Hoops to have a reverential fear of You and to always put You first in the important decisions that he makes for this Country! In Jesus' Name, Amen!

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Jim Hoops know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know it is You alone who is sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) In the Name above all names Yeshua Messiah. Amen.

Father, I pray for Representative Jim Hoops. Thank you for his service to us as our representative. May he seek you for wisdom knowing you are the true source of wisdom. I pray he would have a close walk with you through Jesus and act in accordance with your will. Protect him and his family.

Dearest Heavenly Father, I lift up Jim Hoops to the Throne of Glory. I pray that you, Lord, give Jim divine wisdom and knowledge concerning the bills that arise for the congress vote. May those that are part of Jim's staff be Christians that are wise in your Word and relay scriptures that will support his decisions on how to vote. Encourage Jim and each member of his family to seek you, your Word, and your way of doing things so that Jim is also practicing serving you at home, church, as well as the congress. Lord, I ask all of this in the Holy Name of Jesus. Amen and Amen.
