Father God I pray that you open the eyes and ears and soften Jimmy Gomez's heart to hear from you. I ask that he would submit to your will in all he does for the people he represents, I bind deception and rebellion and any lies from the enemy that would cause him to stray from your will. Bring his spirit into alignment with your truth.

Lord I pray for Rep. Gomez that you would give him the courage and wisdom to stand firm on cricial issues of the day. Give him the boldness to stand against any spiritual wickedness and opposition and to know he has right standing in your sight. This I pray in the mighty name of Jesus.

Lord protect this man and make his decisions all according to your plans filled with your love of your people. In Christ name, I pray amen.

Lord, work in representative Gomez as he legislates. Give him your wisdom as he votes on issues that come before the House of Representatives. If he hasn't already, give him wisdom and courage to break rank and vote for to CR of our government and against the " shutdown".

Father, I pray for Jimmy Gomez. Thank you for his service to you and to our country. May he not serve for money or power, but out of love for our country and our Constitution. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a walk with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. Give him a love of unborn children and a desire to protect pro-life pregnancy centers as they serve babies and moms. Protect him and his family.
