Lord I lift up Gov. John Carney to you and ask that you help him to govern with your wisdom, your hope, your justice, your purposes in his heart. Help him in moments of great difficulty to know in his heart what he needs to do. Help him in his personal life and political life. Bless him with all this and more that all that he does is a blessing to the people of Delaware and you in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit we pray
