Vicente Gonzalez (D)

Thank you for giving your life in service to our country. Father in heaven, I pray that You will grant Rep. Gonzalez discernment to support issues that will result in the good for our families. Help him to seek your leadership with courage and live in obedience to You.

Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Vincente Gonzalez is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Gonzalez sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America is discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Lord God, the intercessors of our nation raise the health, safety, and needs of this public servant before you in prayer. Grant unto him the wisdom as Soloman had in political and personal things. Give true insight into the future effects of every issue brought before him. Light his pathway in truth and provide him a just balance of the truth in all things represented to him. Amen and Amen.

Father, I lift up Representative Gonzalez and ask You to feel him with the knowledge of Your will with all spiritual understanding. Give him wisdom and discernment and guide him continually by Your word. Thank you for his strong appreciation and support of the veterans who so bravely protect this nation and world and for those who have served before. May he continue to respect and encourage others and work closely with the other members of Congress to ensure a strong military presence and safety borders. Give him Your wisdom and discernment and break his heart for what breaks yours. May he be a strong defender of Israel and a strong defender and support of the sanctity of human life. Guide him, Lord, by Your righteous right hand.. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Vincente Gonzalez has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Representative Gonzalez is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents Texas in the House of Representatives. Dear Almighty God. I pray for Rep Gonzalez. Pursue him in a mighty way and may he lean on You for Truth and Wisdom. Protect him and his loved ones and provide him a peace that only You can give. Amen
