James Comer (R)

Father, thank You for Representative Comer's firm words to the mayors of sanctuary cities. He stated the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee would "hold sanctuary mayors publicly accountable for refusing to abide by the law and placing Americans' lives at risk." I pray that You will open the eyes of these mayors as to the real ramifications of their refusal to obey the law and that they would repent. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Father, I thank you for Representative Comer's leading of The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee which is investigating sanctuary cities and their mayors' attempts to prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants. As a country where we abide by laws, these efforts to decide what laws will be enforced is wrong. I also pray that Your Word would be a lamp to Representative Comer's feet and a light to his path. May he seek You for wisdom first. (Psalm 119:105).

Father, I pray for Representative James Comer. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he seek you for wisdom. May he not serve for money or power but out love for our country and the Constitution. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and life in Jesus Christ. Protect him and his family.

Lord God, Father, Creator, we lift up Representative James Comer and his supporting Congresspersons for Your working in their lives, their circumstances and esp. in their hearts and minds. Thank you, Oh Lord for his strong principles and strength in fighting for truth and honesty. I pray that your presence and your power will be strong in his life and that he will seek and hear your wisdom and guidance. I pray that Jesus, our advocate and His Holy Spirit, our counselor and guide will take our thoughts, our mumblings, our prayers and wishes for these Congresspersons and leaders and lift them unto You for Your working, guiding, leading. I do hope and pray that all (many) who claim to have faith will seek after your will, your wisdom and guidance as they make choices, decisions, promises and statements, that they will be informed and knowledgeable about their constitutional and "will of the people" duties and responsibility. I pray that the Love of Jesus and the power of the Spirit will be working in and around them, around Rep Comer for their best decisions and actions for their constituents, the people and the nation and to create honor and glory unto you. Those who do not know Jesus personally, stir their hearts/minds and draw them to awareness, Lord. Place your hand of protection, guidance and strength over Rep Comer for his work and Leadership in Congress; for his health and his strength and boldness, Watch over his family. We thank you and praise you for hearing our pleas, our petitions; Let Your Spirit flow into and among your people and the Nation and may your Will be done. We pray because of the rights, freedom, grace and power we have in Jesus Christ.

Oh Jesus Christ, our governments are all a mess, every single nation on this globe is mismanaging its people, please come back as quickly as possible, while You're on Your way do You think You could please intervene in the affairs of men, we're desperate for Your help!

Dear Lord. I lift up to You Rep Comer. May he know You and lean on You and Your Wisdom today. He is doing great work to reveal the corruption in our government so please God help him in that process. Protect him and his loved ones and provide him space to worship You! Amen
