Father, I pray for Gary Peters. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he humble himself before God and ask for his wisdom. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a walk with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. Give him repentance for sin in his life. Protect him and his family.

Passionate & Sustaining God, Your promises are new every morning. GREAT is your faithfulness. Only you know the hearts of men. Only you know the ways Gary Peters has dealt with his time in government. Has he been faithful & transparent, or deceptive & cunning? Judge according to your mercy & grace. Bring the hidden deeds to light, both good & bad. Judgement will come for us all, & we need to be mindful of this sure thing. Thank you, Almighty God. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Amen & Amen.

Lord God, Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. You possess all wisdom and might and You are the only One who reigns supreme. Yet You care enough to involve Yourself in the affairs of men. God, I lift Michigan Senator, Gary Peters to You. I pray that You would work in him to be a righteous leader that he will honor You, faithfully serve others and operate in all issues with God-given instruction, God-given wisdom, God-given courage and compassion. I pray this in the name of Jesus, on whose shoulders, government rests (Isa 9:6). Amen

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, guard his heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding. We give thanks in everything, for that is Your will for us who are in Christ Jesus. Father God, again a person I do not know how to pray for; I know nothing about him or his principles. Lord I repent for not having true love in my heart for these Democratic representatives as I attempt to bring them before your throne. They just seem to be in such lock step for an agenda or ideology and so few can waiver or be open to hearing and seeing another way. I do not know this person or his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit him to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord God, draw this person unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, and heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for her purpose and mission in Government. May he open her heart and mind to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of false, harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. Jesus, Holy Spirit, hear my words and mumblings and present them to the Father for His perfect working in lives. Thank you o' God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; I pray You do not withdraw it, but sweep the nation with Your Spirit to bring awakening and renewal to the hearts of the people unto Yourself.
