Father, I pray for Norma Torres. Thank you for her service for you and for our country. May she humble herself and seek your wisdom. Surround her with Godly council; that the eyes her heart be enlighten. That she hunger and thirst for your righteousness and Justice in her life in Jesus mighty name! I pray that she not serve for money or power, but for truth and righteousness in our nation. Protect her and her family. In Jesus mighty name ?

Convict her to stand against the attacks of Satan (Ephesians 6:10-13), to build spiritual strength, conviction and courage and to resist manipulation and peer pressure (Proverbs 29:25, 2 Timothy 1:7). Bless her with Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and a conviction to stand firmly in support of the sanctity of life, families, divine order and morality in our nation. Convict Norma Torres to recognize, uncover and expose corruption, deceit and lies (Proverbs 26). Bless Representative Torres with wise, godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). Father, I ask You to search Representative Torres' heart and renew a right spirit within her. You say in Your word that you want Your people to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with their God. Teach her how to put her faith and trust in You. Open her eyes to the truth and do not allow her to follow the popular opinion. Rather, illuminate her mind with the facts concerning all issues that face our Congress today. Give her wisdom and discernment that can come only from You, so that the decisions she makes and the legislation she supports aligns will Your word and Your will and purposes for this nation. Father, be the true North in Ms Torres' life. Reveal truths about yourself that she can't turn away from. Capture her heart and let her mind follow. Surround her with authentic Bible believing Christians that she may not turn to the right or to the left, that she can't look away from your presence. Show her how to uphold your ways and show her the love you have for her as her Creator. Thank you Father for her life, for her sacrifice and for revealing Yourself to her!
