Ted Lieu (D)

Father, I pray for Ted Lieu. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he seek you for wisdom and serve you with honesty and humility and love for our nation; give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness that he might walk with you through Jesus Christ. May he see your glory in all he looks at and acknowledge you as Creator, Sovereign, God of love, mercy, righteousness, holiness. Protect him and his family.

Lord, I lift California State Representative, Ted Lieu before You. I pray for his heart, mind and soul to be focused on You and his ears attentive to You. I pray that he will be an absolute truth seeker and in his search find that absolute, unchanging truth is found in You. May he fulfill the duties of his office with integrity and may righteousness find a champion in Ted Lieu. Lord God, please guide and protect him, his family and his staff. This I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen

Father God, Take special note of this elected servant. One who by aclimation of the people he reprisents has been placed in office to reprisent their needs, values, and standards before the nation and the world. Bless him, his house, his staff, and those he reprisents with, safety, health and welfare. Grant him great wisdom and understanding of the times to know as the men of Issachar what the nation should do. Make clear the motives of those that seek his vote. Let every lie, half truth, or hidden agenda fall to ground before him. Preserve his honor and the reputation of his judgement. In Jesus Holy Name, Amen

Father, I bring Representative Lieu before Your throne of grace, and I ask that You would bless him and his family. As a former member of the Air Force he has selflessly defended our nation, so he understands the needs of the military. Give him wisdom and discernment to provide for the safety and security of our military who protect our nation from domestic and foreign terror. Lord, I pray that You would open Representative Lieu's eyes to see the truth regarding the sanctity of human life and the importance of protecting our school-aged children from harmful agendas and inappropriate literature. Give him Your wisdom and Your boldness to speak the truth in love. Lead him and guide him. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

As spirit filled Christian prayer warriors, we continue to lift Representative Ted Lieu to You, Lord. We pray for his ears to hear and his eyes to see all that You are speaking into his spirit as he represents the 36th Congressional district of California in the House of Representatives. Bring Your Words to his remembrance when difficult decisions are before him. Convict Representative Lieu to put Your standards first and to uphold Your plan for America. Bring to his memory that we are meant to be one nation under God. Remind him of words written in 1879: "We, the People of the State of California, grateful to almighty God for our freedom." We pray for the protection of Your angel armies from unrighteousness and injustice that the enemy has unleashed in America. Cause Mr Lieu to know that Your plan for America is one of justice, righteousness and moral standards as written in Your Word. In Jesus' name, Amen
