Buddy Carter (R)

Dear Lord, Give Buddy your wisdom in all he says and does in his life, in particular in his role as a Representative in Congress. In Jesus name, amen.

Dear Almighty God. I thank you that You love all Your people and are interested in our wellbeing. I lift up to You Rep. Carter. May he know you in a powerful way today and may he lean on Your ways and not the ways of this world. Please provide him with Your Wisdom and Truth so that he may serve his district well. Protect him and his family and provide them their needs. Help him to do his part to save the unborn. In the name of Jesus! Mr. Carter, I am asking for God's blessings on you and your family as you serve the people of your District and our Nation. I pray you will seek God's wisdom and integrity in every issue that comes before you. Father in Heaven, I ask you to surround Mr. Carter with advisors who will encourage him in decisions that will honor God and our Nation. May it be said of him that he loved his country and unselfishly served in the Congress.

As spirit filled Christian prayer warriors, we continue to lift Representative Buddy Carter to You, Lord. We pray for his ears to hear and his eyes to see all that You are speaking into his spirit as he represents the 1st district of Georgia in the House of Representatives. Bring Your Words to his remembrance when difficult decisions are before him. Convict Representative Fallon to put Your standards first and to uphold Your plan for America. Bring to Mr. Carter memory that we are meant to be one nation under God. Remind him of words written in the Preamble of the Georgia Constitution in 1777, "We, the people of Georgia, relying upon protection and guidance of Almighty God, do..." We pray the protection of Your angel armies unrighteousness and injustice that the enemy has unleashed in America. Cause Mr. Carter to become aware that Your plan for America is one of justice, righteousness and moral standards as written in Your Word. In Jesus' name, Amen

I pray, in the name of Jesus, over Representative Buddy Carter: that he is convicted to accept Your Word, God, as his standard, to store up Your commands within him, to turn his ear to wisdom and apply his heart to understanding. I pray he is convicted to call out for insight, cry aloud for understanding, to apply the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God (Proverbs 2: 1-19). "Thus (he) will walk in the ways of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous. For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the land and the unfaithful will be torn from it" (Proverbs 2: 21-22).
