Dearest Lord, our hearts are heavy for the duplicity we see in our leaders in Congress today, because their eyes are blinded to the truth, and they simply cannot see. It is encouraging that Congresswoman Clark cares about the welfare of children ensuring they have proper care and provision, but it is ironic that she cannot understand the right to life for all children and the unconscionable and selfish sin of abortion. Father, please giver her wisdom to deal with this issue in a righteous, moral way that leads to life and hope for the future. Direct her paths in every decision that affects our nation. Draw her closely to Your side and may she not lean to her own understanding but may she seek Your wisdom and counsel. Encourage her to stand for righteousness and to do the right things, always choosing to walk in integrity. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father God, again a person I do not know or know how to pray for; I do not know this woman or her heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative Katherine Clark to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of her eternal soul and life, that she might be redeemed and might make a positive impact on other lives she encounters. Lord, draw her unto yourself and Your purpose for her life. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this woman that You would do a work in her life and heart that she might see Your Will and discern your direction for her life, purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. May she open her heart and mind to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences. May she seek wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth for her position in working for the people of her state and for America.
