Father in heaven, I pray that you will bless Representative Marc Veasey with your goodness and mercy as he serves you and our country. May he seek your wisdom above all in every decision he makes. Surround him with people of truth and integrity, who will assist him with eyes and ears of faith in You and Your ways. Help him to realize the eternal ramifications of each issue before him, making clear to him the importance of America being "one nation under God."

We lift our voices in prayer and thanksgiving for Representative Mark Veasey. We pray for a revelation of Your Word of Truth and Your values into the heart/spirit of Representative Veasey. Enable him to see himself as You see him (Genesis 1:27; Ephesians 2:10), to humble himself before You (Isaiah 66:2), repent of his sins, transgressions and iniquities (Psalm 51:17; John 8:3-11), and seek Your forgiveness and the forgiveness of anyone he has sinned against (Matthew 6:14-15; Mark 11:25). If he does not know You as his Savior, we pray Marc Veasey be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he serves the people of Texas and fulfills his duties and responsibilities in the House of Representatives. Oh God, Forgive me and help me with my struggle to pray for so many of our Democrat representatives; help me to overcome judgementalism against individuals for their ideologies and actions . We pray that Jesus, our advocate, will take our struggles and present them Father to you for the your best working and outcome for the people and for America. Lord, you know my mind and my heart and I do struggle with being so ideologically, so constitutionally, so theoretically, so purposeful for our nation and people , so spiritually different from what they speak, propose and represent. Heavenly Father, you know our concerns for the direction and the welfare of our nation and the decisions, the choices, the proposals, the actions, so many of which seem to be anti-America freedom, anti-constitutional and anti-Christianity, of the progressive/leftist mindset. Lord God, do a work in the lives of these Democrats, of Representative Marc Veasey; bring and allow Your Spirit to be working in and around his lives and mindset. Only you Lord know the mindset, the reasoning, the purpose of decisions and actions by our Congress persons and we pray Lord for their recognition of who you are and recognition of the rules and laws of the Constitution and their accountability to both. Thank you, oh God, for hearing us, for granting your mercy for a few righteous people and may your blessing and watch care continue over this nation. Let your spirit bring awakening, renewal, restoration to our Judeo-Christian foundations and to America as a Christian nation,

Father God, Almighty creative wonder of truth and light. I lift my prayer before you in the late night hours of darkness for this man who stands up to represent his people. Grant him the understanding of the men of Issachar, that had understanding of the times, and new what Israel ougth to do. I pray Pauls prayer for the Ephesians over him. Eph 1:18��The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of God's calling you into office. Protect, bless, and prosper this one who weathers the storms of politics to represent his people. Health, wellness, safety, and prosperity be unto his loved ones, his staff, and those fine people he represents. Amen and Amen.

Lord, please guide Representative Veasey by Your righteous right hand. May he trust in You and stand upon Your word, realizing fully that our nation was founded by godly men who valued moral government. May he stand by and uphold the Constitution and protect the sovereignty of the United States as a nation. Open his eyes to the needs facing our nation with the problem with open borders. May he work to support our military and provide the equipment and training needed to protect this nation. Give him discernment and wisdom so that he can work in unity with others members of Congress in finding a solution for the border crisis that is increasing the drug and trafficking increase in our nation. May he value life, at all stages, and work in harmony for the common and moral good of our nation. Encourage him, I ask in Jesus' Name. Amen.
