Oh dear Lord Jesus Christ, Tom need your help in this job, he is on the front lines spiritually, please do not let the enemy have victory over him, but quite the reverse, thank you so much Jesus.

Father God, I lift up Representative Tom Rice to you. I pray that you would open his heart to hear and respond to the Gospel Message if he does not know you. I pray the prayer of King Solomon in I Kings on our leader. "Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that he may discern between good and evil." Pour out Your Spirit upon him. Shower him with your goodness and put a hedge of protection about him and his family. Protect him from the influence of the evil one and teach him to trust in you. Reveal to him by Your Spirit the marvelous truth of the Gospel. Give him discretion, foresight and understanding in making decisions. Grant him a heart of compassion toward those he leads and serves. Help him, like Jesus to love righteousness and hate lawlessness. Help him to have the courage to do the right thing even when urged to do the wrong thing. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, I pray for Tom Rice to have a reverential fear of You and to always put You first when he is making important decisions for this Country. In Jesus' Name, Amen!

Father, we lift up every elected official in this country. We pray that You would give them strength and wisdom as they guide our country.

Gracious Heavenly Father, may Tom Rice know that it is Your hand and Your sovereign purpose that is keeping him and sustaining him in his divine commission. (Ps 38:12-15) Keep him, and those who serve him, safe from the enemy's snares and free from the accuser's traps. (Ps 141:9-10) By Your great hand, Lord, deal with those who oppose righteousness and justice so that all will know it is You alone who is sovereign and true. (Ps 64:6-9) In the Name above all names Yeshua Messiah. Amen.

Father, I pray that Rep. Rice would hear Your voice saying, "Go this way." Grant him courage and boldness to stand for righteousness, justice, and to uphold our state and national constitutions. Give him a keen eyes to see what the needs of SC are. Protect him from any sort of "bribery" by corporations and special interest groups. Grant him wisdom from above. Protect him and his family in their going out and their coming in. Give him a servant heart. For Your glory, Father. Amen.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Representative Tom Rice has taken deep root. I pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10). I pray that Tom Rice is convicted of John 3:16, "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts have good understanding," (Psalm 111:10) I pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (James 1:5) and Your will as he represents the 7th Congressional district of South Carolina and the USA.
