Father God In Jesus Holy Name I pray for this fine and upright person who stands for those he represents in the halls known as politics. Father I pray you raise him up in health, safety, and understanding. As you do for those he loves and who he serves. That he know the hope of his calling into service before this nation. That he not dispise the small beginnings as each seed in the bag creates its portion of the harvest in time. Give to him the wisdom as the men of Issachar that had understanding of the times and a knowing of what the nation ought to do. May your grace and mercy flow through his offices, and his circumspection, and just judgement be known throughout the land. Amen and Amen.

Father, please bless Representative Takano for his service in the US House of Representative and for his support for the welfare of his State of California. As an educator he understands the need to protect the minds of our young children to ensure they are protected from inappropriate materials and from physical harm. Please guide him and give him a heart that seeks only what is good and reputable, suitable for children, and may he support parents who need to participate in all decisions regarding the welfare and safety of their children. May he support and guard our Constitution and stand for the sanctity of human life. I pray that he knows You, Lord, and the hope that is within You. Open his eyes to see the beauty of Your holiness, and Your great love for him. You have positioned him in this strategic position of government for Your purpose and those for our national good. May he walk in integrity and justice. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, I pray for Mark Takano. Thank you for his service to you and to our country and our Constitution. May he humbly seek you for wisdom and may he walk in integrity. May he not serve for money or power, but out of love for our country. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Give him a love of unborn children and a desire to stop their murder. Protect him and his family.
