Father, I pray for John Garamendi. Thank you for his service to you and to our country. May he seek you for wisdom and serve in honesty and humility, not for money or fame, but in love of the country and the Constitution. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and repentance for sin in his life. Open to him a life with you through Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer. Protect him and his family.

Father God, draw California Representative, John Garamendi, to Yourself. I pray that he would willingly and without hesitation seek and receive wisdom, instruction, strength and courage from You and Your Word. Guide his steps, Lord and guard his heart that he would walk worthy of that which he has been called to.

Dear Almighty God. I thank you that You love all people and are interested in our wellbeing. I lift up to You Rep. Garamendi. May he know you in a powerful way today and may he lean on Your ways and not the ways of this world. Please provide him with Your Wisdom and Truth so that he may serve his district well. Protect him and his family and provide them their needs. Help him to do his part to save the unborn. In the name of Jesus! Father, I bring Representative Garamendi to your throne of grace and mercy, and I ask that You draw him closely to Your side. He has spent much of his life in service to others, and he has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of all men and women regardless of their financial status. Please open his eyes to see and ears to hear and understand the truth of all issues. There is much deception and chaos in our nation today, so please equip this man to represent Your kingdom well. I pray that he knows You, LORD, and the hope to which You have called him. Do not allow him to be swayed by others, but give him Your wisdom and discernment to see clearly and understand in truth the needs of our nation today. Encourage him to walk according to Your will and purpose for this nation. i ask in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Lord, may this man be wise about issues and become more conservative. Please protect him from the evil one and direct his heart to Jesus. Keep him from any mistakes of policy this week. In Jesus' name, amen.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative John Garamendi. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christian disciples who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Garamendi to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his spirit. We pray that John Garamendi is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.
