Father, I pray for Derek Kilmer. Thank you for his service to you and our country. May he seek you for wisdom; give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness that he might walk with you through Jesus Christ. May he see your glory in all he looks at and acknowledge you as Creator Sovereign, God of love, mercy, righteousness, holiness. Protect him and his family.

Lord, I lift Washington State Representative, Derek Kilmer before You. I pray for his heart, mind and soul to be focused on You and his ears attentive to You. I pray that he will be an absolute truth seeker and in his search find that absolute, unchanging truth is found in You. May he fulfill the duties of his office with integrity and may righteousness find a champion in Derek Kilmer. Lord God, please guide and protect him, his family and his staff. This I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen

Father God, again a person I do not know or know how to pray for; I do not know this man or his heart and soul condition, but PTL You do. I commit Representative Derek Kilmer to the working of Your Holy Spirit, for the outcome of his eternal soul and his life, that he might be redeemed and that he might make a positive impact on other lives he encounters. Lord, draw him unto yourself and Your purpose for his life. Oh Lord, In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ and the Spirit he gives us, we pray for this man that You would do a work in his life, in his heart that he might see Your Will and discern your direction for his life and his purpose and mission in Government and as a legislator. May he open his heart and mind to see You and Your guidance and not be prey to the whims and weaknesses of society, of harmful, misdirected ideologies and evil influences; that he might be strong in principles and not not be in lockstep with all the agenda of his party. I pray he will be a man of strong Constitutional foundation and laws. May he seek wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth for his position in working for the people of his state and for America. Thank you o' God for hearing our pleas and for Your blessing over America; do not withdraw your favor and sustainment, but sweep the nation with the power of Your Spirit.

Heavenly Father, we Pray Representative Derek Kilmer is convicted that he is created in Your image; woven together in the womb of his mother by Your hands, from conception to birth, for Your purpose and Your plan (Psalm 139:13-16) at this time in history. Lord God, we pray he be convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and to demand of himself honesty, integrity, and loyalty (Psalm 26, Proverbs 11:3), righteousness and justice (Proverbs 21:15). We pray he is convicted to measure every thought, word, decision and action against Your precepts (Psalm 111:10). We pray Mr. Kilmer sees our constitution as our founding fathers intended. May he be convicted that America was discovered, explored, settled and founded as Your city on a hill (Matthew 5:14) for the purpose of sending Your message of Salvation to every person, place, tribe and nation under heaven (Rev. 14:6). We pray that he is convicted that he must be "prepared to give an account to Almighty God" (Hebrews 9:27; Romans 14:12). In Jesus name, Amen

Dear Lord. I pray for Rep Kilmer. May he know You today and every day. May he lean on You and Your wisdom and not the ways of this world. Protect him and his loved ones and provide him strength to serve his district well and to protect the unborn. Amen

Lord God, maker of heaven and earth and of life, powerful and mighty--it is to You that we pray for America. It is to You we pray for the state of Washington and it is to You that we intercede on behalf of Representative Derek Kilmer. Lord, the dilemmas of the day are more than any person or persons can approach in their own reasoning or ability, so we ask that divine wisdom and discernment be offered to and received by Mr. Kilmer that he would be effective in his office and beneficial to his state and country. Move and work in Representative Kilmer's heart and mind, Lord, instructing him in righteousness and moving him forward on paths of help, health and blessing for his constituency, his office and his household. We pray this be done to the praise of Your glorious grace and in the power Jesus' name. Amen
