Passionate & Sustaining God, Your promises are new every morning. GREAT is your faithfulness. Only you know the hearts of men. Only you know the ways Mazie Horono has dealt with her time in government. Has she been faithful & transparent, or deceptive & cunning? Judge according to your mercy & grace. Bring the hidden deeds to light, both good & bad. Judgement will come for us all, & we need to be mindful of this sure thing. Thank you, Almighty God. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Amen & Amen.

Again, Oh Lord, I offer my prayer for Senator Mazie Hirono. I do not know how to pray for her, as she seem antithetical to almost everything I believe and support. Oh Lord God, I do not know how to pray for Senator Hirono. May Jesus make intercession for her. You understand that I have problems finding words for these people with whom I have such opposing views and ideologies. May your spirit be at work in and around the life of Sen Hirono and her position in the Congress. Draw her into a full understanding of who You are and what You have offered to her as a way for a full and free life in Jesus Christ. Forgive me, O' Lord for my lack of being able to love and to tolerate these -what seems like radical and out of balance- people who fight against real freedom and Constitutional rights and seem to run toward the extremes against truth and faith. Do a work in and for this person and for the effects it will have in Congress, in the country. Thank you, Father for hearing our pleas and for Jesus who interprets our mumblings and moaning's. May your spirit sweep across this land and through the hearts of many for forgiveness, for renewal of lives and of a nation.

Father, thank You for the life of Senator Hirono; she has been through the refining fires, going through struggles and has found victory. Indeed her life has been a blessing, and her desire to help encourage others comes from the life she has lived. She can bring hope to those who feel helpless or even hopeless. Continue to give her wisdom and discernment as to how she can better serve the needs of her constituents. Give her the courage and boldness to stand in support of lowering the price of medications, especially insulin, and for being able to help many who fight mental problems. Bless her efforts to continue to stand in support of senior citizens in guarding social security. Give her clarity of vision to clearly understand the lies regarding reproductive rights and other harmful actions being forced upon this nation, especially onto our children who have been blinded and confused. Work as only You can do, Lord, and watch over this lady and keep her safe in Your care. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Eternal Sovereign, Amid political transitions, we surrender to Your divine will. Guide the choices made in leadership appointments, ensuring that those chosen will serve with integrity and humility, aligning with Your purpose for our nation. In Your name, we pray, Amen.
