Father, thank You for Senator Lee and for his resolve to support and guard our Constitution as the founding fathers intended. Give him wisdom and spiritual discernment in every decision he makes in Congress on behalf of the American people. May he continue to respect and value the sanctity of all life, especially for the unborn. Give him a strong and bold voice as he continues to speak out on behalf of those who can not do so for themselves. May he continue to walk in truth, justice, and with integrity, regardless of any backlash he may receive. May his eyes always be on You, Father, and may You draw him closely to Your side, protecting him and his family. Set watch over his home and round about him as he comes and as he goes. Give him a voice so clear and bold that others will be encouraged and do the right thing, rather than sit idly by allowing harmful legislation to pass or much needed legislation to sit without approval. Open the eyes and soften the hearts of those who hinder quick and smooth passing of much needed legislation. May Congress work together and bring honor and respect to our nation. God, I thank you for Senator Mike Lee. I asked you to please give him grace, wisdom and mercy as he represents his faith in you in Washington. I pray for his protection over him and his family and his staff in Jesus name, amen.

May his effort be successful so that we are able to protect our family and friends no matter where in our great country we are. Amen

Heavenly father, I thank you for Senator Mike Lee of Utah's service in government. If he does not know Jesus Christ as his personal savior, I pray that he will soon. Father, thank You for Senator Lee's "Fairness for Stay-at-Home-Parents Act" which would eliminate penalization of new mothers who decide not to return to the workforce after having a baby. We need to be a nation that promotes family-friendly policies. I pray that this legislation will receive favor in both houses and go to the President's desk for a signature. I pray that You would call Senator Lee to Yourself and show him his need for a Savior. In Jesus' name, Amen.
