Michael Meredith (R)

Lord, I bring Representative Meredith before Your throne of mercy and grace. Please draw him close to Your side, so that he will walk in integrity and with moral conscience. Guide him into all truth, so that he will always be able to discern between good and evil. May he strive to be a peacemaker and work alongside his colleagues in Congress as they work to strengthen our nation and work towards accountability and transparency in governing our nation. May he uphold the Constitution and work to support and ensure that our military is supported and provided with everything needed to protect and defend our nation. Grant him discernment, and may be seek after You, follow hard after Your statutes, so that he will never follow the popular vote but always seek after the truth and safeguard trust. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Father, I pray for Representative Michael Meredith. Thank you for his service to our country. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and may he seek you for wisdom, realizing he has no true wisdom in himself. Open his heart to the truth of the gospel. Surround him with godly people who will share Jesus with him. May he see Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and find no satisfaction in life apart from Jesus.

I pray in agreement with prayer warriors engaged in spiritual warfare on behalf of Representative Michael Meredith. We lift him up, stand in the gap under the authority Jesus gives His disciples in Matthew 28:18-19, and pray in Jesus' name that he be surrounded by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. We pray in Jesus' name for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Meredith to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his spirit. We pray that Michael Meredith is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24). In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, please bless this servant of the people with wisdom and a better knowledge of You. Guide her and her staff in their service to their constituents and all of America.
