Thank You, Father, for Congressman Smith, his pro-life position, and his general stand for righteousness. I pray you would fill him with courage to lead, conviction to guide him, and care for fiscal responsibility and constitutional government. May you protect him from evil and use him mightily to accomplish your purposes in America.

Lord God, the intercessors of our nation raise the health, safety, and needs of this public servant before you in prayer. Grant unto him the wisdom as Soloman had in political and personal things. We pray that the eyes of his understanding be enlightened that he know the hope of your calling. May he be as the men of Issacar that had understanding of the times and knew what their nation ought to do. Give true insight into the future effects of each issue brought before him. Light his pathway with truth and provide him a just balance in all things represented to him. Guard and protect him, in health, welfare and prosperity, and those he loves and those he serves. Give special grace to his staff to accurately represent his positions with integrity. Amen and Amen.

Father, please bless Representative Smith for his commitment to his State and to all Americans as he serves in Congress. Use him to create unity between the parties, and may he be a strong defense to our Constitution. These times are troubling, and the stakes are high, so please give him wisdom in how to serve others well. May he walk in integrity, with righteousness and truth, and may he have a bold voice that is heard and respected and does not cater to another's whims for political gain. Give him wisdom and understand so that he can use his voice to speak for truth and clarity in government. Use him, Father, and uphold him with Your righteous right hand. May he stand in support of our President and the administration so that we will have unity in our government. Please give us godly leaders who desire to walk in Your ways, with moral laws. May he protect the sanctity of human life and defend and protect our school aged children. May he have clear vision and focus. Watch over him and keep him safe and well. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
