Good morning and shalom, Joe. May YOU make time to rest in the power of the One, who made YOU, and made YOU His! "We cease not to give thanks for YOU, making mention of YOU in our prayers: That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto YOU the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: The eyes of YOUR understanding being enlightened; that YOU may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which He wrought in Christ, when he raised Him from the dead, and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places . . . (Eph. 1: 16 - 20) For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. That he would grant YOU, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man. That Christ may dwell in YOUR heart by faith; that YOU, being rooted and ground in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that YOU might be filled with all the fulness of God." (Eph. 3: 14 - 19) Know that you have the mind of Christ, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a SOUND MIND. YOU have (present tense) the MIND OF CHRIST. Isn't that remarkable? Also remember and know that "That same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead, dwells in YOU." Really think about that. Meditate on it. Ponder. I'd also like to suggest that you read the scriptures above in the first person, changing the word YOU to Me or I. "For such a time as this . . ." His! Lindy He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above ALL that you ask or think, according to the power that works WITHIN YOU! You've got what it takes. You are enough. WHY? Because HE is enough. Greater is He that is WITHIN YOU, than he that is in the world. #onlyBelieve

Merciful and Loving Father, I pray for Rep. Joe Courtney to have the energy and stamina necessary to complete the responsibilities of his office and his family life. Please grant him the desire and courage to make decisions based on truth and justice for the people of his District and our nation. May he always look to you for wisdom, clarity, and insight as he serves. I ask that you surround him with men and woman of humility and integrity as advisors and colleagues, and I trust that your hand of protection will keep him from all harm.

Father God, Thank you for Joe Courtney and the divine purpose for which he was created. I he fulfill that purpose and bring glory to your name. I pray he represents You well and experiences you in a divine encounter that will bring about a transformation in mind, heart and soul. I pray he seek righteousness and holiness in all he does and receives a pure heart of selfless love for this country and Your kingdom purposes. I pray for Joe to know you and receive intimate knowledge of You and Your love for him. Heal him, guide him,strengthen him in truth and love. Restore all the enemy has stolen and bring forth a harvest of truth and righteousness and peace for his soul and his family. I pray Christ be glorified in and through JoeCourtney and he receive blessings after blessings as he trusts and obeys You and Your word. In Jesus name. I pray. All glory be Yours ,Lord.

Father, I pray for Joe Courtney. Thank you for his service. May he not serve for money or power, but out of love for our country and Constitution. Draw him to yourself that he might live in your light and power, humbly seeking you for wisdom and walking in integrity. Give him a love of preborn children and a desire to see them grow and succeed. Protect him and his family.

Lord please fill this misguided democrat with Your wisdom so that Your Will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We thank you for all men, even the many with opposing viewpoints. Amen.
