Jabo Waggoner (R)

Father, I pray for Senator Jabo Waggoner. May he humble himself and ask for your wisdom during this troubled time. May he follow godly principles as he decides how to vote on issues. May he love our country and desire to see it healed and protected. Give him a hunger and thirst for righteousness and a close walk with Jesus.

Lord God, I pray that Your Word, spoken by Christian prayer warriors, into the life of Jabo Waggoner has taken deep root. We pray he has been convicted to see himself as You see him, created in Your image (Genesis 1:27) for Your plan and purpose (Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10) at this time in history. We pray that Senator Waggoner is convicted of John 3:16, that "...God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him should not parish but have everlasting life," and that "...The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom, and to shun evil is understanding," (Job 28:28). We pray he be blessed with godly counsel and God-fearing advisors (Proverbs 24), and that he is convicted to seek Your wisdom, knowledge, understanding (Isaiah 11:2) and Your will as he represents Alabama in the United States Senate. Father, I pray for Senator Jabo Waggoner. Thank you for his service. May he seek your face and your wisdom in decisions he makes. Give him a love of life for the unborn, seeing them as human beings with the right to be protected. Protect him and his family.

I pray, in the name of Jesus, for Senator Jabo Waggoner. Dear Heavenly Father, please surround him by spirit-filled Christians who are able to speak Your Word of Truth and Your values into his life. I pray in agreement with prayer warriors for the binding (Matthew 16:19) of satan's rulers, authorities, powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12) and for "the demolish(ing) of arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray for the loosing (Matthew 16:19) of open eyes, listening ears and a soft heart that will enable Mr. Waggoner to receive revelation of Your truth and values into his heart. We pray that Jabo Waggoner is convicted to receive Your gift of salvation (John 3:16) and "take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ," (2 Cor. 10:5).
