Should the FBI stay in D.C., or should the organization move to a less political location? What do you think?
From Newsmax. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, is pushing for the FBI to build new headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama, instead of Washington, D.C., to take politics out of how the agency functions, the The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

According to the report, Jordan may cut the bureau’s funding unless it moves to Alabama’s midsized city, roughly 700 miles from the nation’s capital. …
The agency said that any budget cuts imposed by Congress would be “detrimental to the support the FBI provides to the American people,” citing “numerous operational reasons” to keep the facility close to the D.C. area, including staying close to its academy in Quantico, Virginia, the report said. …
“The FBI has had a presence at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, for more than 50 years,” the agency said on the jobs page of its website. “Today, over 1,000 employees work there in various operational and enterprise capacities. …
Existing plans call for building two campuses on the site that “will bring various FBI assets together to address tactical and specialized training requirements,” the agency said on the website. …

The FBI. IRS, DOJ are all in the Executive Branch and, thus, under the president, so the change needs to happen at the top. Presidents are obligated only to the American voter, so the American people must decide that electing leaders who promise to no longer try and use them to achieve political goals is a top priority. This means that both Joe Biden and Donald Trump, who fired the head of the DOJ for telling him that he did not find enough voter fraud to overturn the 2020 election and also tried to use presidential influence with officials in other states to find ways of overturning the election, need to be passed over.
I think moving the FBI headquarters would be a really good idea, however, the corruption must be stopped even before that. Lord, convict them of their sins and cause them to turn away from their wicked ways. If they don’t submit to You, see that they are removed and dealt with, prison sentences or public executions if that applies.

Moving the FBI to another location would not solve the problem.
Instead, remove the corrupt members of the FBI to another location (even to jail), and replace those that do not have honest hearts and good intentions whose track record shows their wrong doing, Location, location, location is NOT the answer in this situation. Devotion to Almighty GOD, the USA, its laws, and its people is what is required.
Lord, our prayer is that eventually an on fire, committed Christian will lead the FBI, because godly leadership is greatly needed Lord. There needs to be hard decisions made & America needs a warrior to make those decisions. There are many compromised people that must be removed from the FBI Lord & we ask Your holy hand to guide that necessary work. Amen.
My prayer has been to cleanse DC. dear Lord I pray for Jim Jordan, he is a good man and a fighter for right ways, , I ask for the removal of all agents involved in corruption, I ask for godly people to be installed to serve in the FBI. I ask for your answer regarding their being moved.

I think moving the FBI is a good move. I thank God for men like Jim Jordan pray daily for him and others like him seeking the truth and working to make things right in our Capital and country . I pray wisdom and protection for them & their families (James 1:5)

Yes, I support the move of the FBI to Alabama. DC is out of touch with at least 80% of Americans. To see FBI Director, Wray, continue to lie yesterday breaks my heart. Lord Jesus, please support Congressman Jordan in his effort to move the FBI out of DC to Alabama. If they won’t move, defund. We need to fight back with the power of the purse and prayer.
I agree with Annalee. All of these organizations have failed in their jobs and the American people. However.
In light of their failures, there wouldn’t be any reason for the FBI to move if the head of the FBI and each agent did his/her job in a manner which glorifies God, brings integrity back to the organization through the hearts, minds and actions of those who are FBI agents and ultimately do God’s Will. All the leaders of these entities are responsible to God first, not man.
Anyone listening to and following orders from this White House administration is going to commit occupational suicide.
What ever happened to “Do the next Right thing?”
Perhaps physically moving them would have worked in the early 1800’s before the telegraph and email and phones, but I do not see how physically moving the FBI will deter political influence. As we well know, we are all influenced by things easily within anyone’s reach–biased journalism, social media, phone, text, etc. All of which are in our face 24/7. So the long arm of politics can just as easily reach to Alabama.
They either need to be disbanded or severely restructured.
Dissolve them. It doesn’t matter where they are planted weeds grow everywhere. The bad apple …you know the rest. Use funding to establish State special task forces or expand current State enities such as ICE to include special child TRAFFICKING operations ECT.
I have no faith in the FBI or CIA or WHO or CDC ….they have all betrayed us. I pray for a complete restructured USA under Righteous leadership.
